Following an incredible summer of live music in Paradise Valley, Pine Creek Lodge will be host to its first show of the off-season early this month. The Max Davies Trio will front their debut performance on Friday, October 11th. The 7pm show will take place indoors or on the outdoor beer garden stage, weather dependent.
These three are no strangers to the stages of Bozeman and Livingston and are ready to perform some quality control in Paradise. Enjoy an evening of music with members of Kitchen Dwellers, Matt Wallin & His Nervous Breakdown, and Pinky & the Floyd.
A versatile and experienced multi-instrumentalist, producer and songwriter, frontman Max Davies is best known as the acoustic guitarist for modern folk bluegrass group Kitchen Dwellers. Their latest album, Seven Devils, was loosely inspired by Dante’s Inferno and released last spring.
Davies has been featured in numerous musical publications, festivals, albums and films. He has worked alongside artists like Thurston Moore, Anne Waldman, Lydia Lunch, CA Conrad, Toni Oswald, Clark Coolidge, Cecilia Vicuna, Eleni Sikelianos and Gregory Alan Isakov, among others.
Advance tickets for this show are $15, or $25 at the door. Space is limited. Visit www.pinecreeklodgemontana.com to purchase and to learn more about other off-season happenings. •
