In a quiet, warm, nonjudgmental atmosphere you will be shown:
— How your connections to other people, work, and nature affect your bodies
— How your body speaks during deepest grief or illness; how you can adapt to special conditions
— Ways to access inner healing wisdom as you advance through your life.
No special writing ability is needed; you just need to honor your body’s life. Bring pen and paper.
Participants should emerge from this workshop with more empowerment, curiosity, and joy about the uniqueness of their life path.
