Soak up the Band of Drifters, Three Eyed Jack at Chico Saloon
Thaw out with a winter getaway to Chico Hot Springs. With fantastic live entertainment in the Saloon every Friday and Saturday night, you can kick up your feet – and soak them too! Here’s a look at what’s headed to the Paradise Valley watering hole.
Ian Thomas & Band of Drifters take over the Saloon Friday and Saturday, March 8th and 9th. The group plays modern American roots music and encourage audiences to dance. Based mostly in Montana and Tennessee, the band also includes players from all over the country, keeping the music varied in arrangement, instrumentation, and regional influences. The Drifters’ sets draw from country, folk and blues traditions with an emphasis on original songs, done in the old style. The band’s latest release, the full-length Live in 2016, was recorded throughout Montana with 14 original songs deeply rooted in the classic country and American folk sounds.
Helena-based Three Eyed Jack follow on Friday and Saturday, March 15th and 16th. The classic and country rock trio features the talents of Mike Killeen (guitar), John Parr (bass) and Tim Borsberry (drums). Book your rooms and head over to Chico for a good ole lively time!
Exit 288 take the stage Friday and Saturday, March 22nd and 23rd. The high-energy group performs everything from classic and contemporary rock, to blues, country, and all that’s in between. Exit 288 connects with the audience and creates a fun and exciting atmosphere. The band’s music is carefully selected to get people involved in the party and to keep the dance floor hopping!
