The largest single giving day in Montana to raise critical funds for nonprofits in Gallatin County
On April 30th and May 1st from 6pm to 6pm, One Valley Community Foundation will host the annual Give Big Gallatin Valley initiative. Give Big is a 24-hour celebration that raises critical funds for nonprofits located in or serving Gallatin County.
The initiative is designed to connect donors to the nonprofits they care most about to raise unrestricted funding to support their work. Since its inception, our community has come together to raise $20.4 million for 489 local nonprofits during Give Big.
Give Big is inclusive of nonprofits all shapes and sizes. Participating organizations are taking part to highlight their efforts, whether their work combats food insecurity, supports recreational activities for local youth, or offers the community access to the arts.
This year’s event is made possible thanks to the generous support of Headline Sponsor, commonfont. And new for 2026, Give Big is completely fee-free. Thanks to a generous investment from the Jill and Nicholas Woodman Foundation at One Valley, all host, platform and credit card processing fees are covered. That means 100% of every donation goes directly to the nonprofits you care about. The commitment of these community partners ensures that this initiative continues to inspire generosity and strengthen the nonprofit sector in Gallatin County.
