Roller Derby gets jazzy for early fall bout
Get ready to hear them roar! Gallatin Roller Derby continues its 2019 home season with “Jazz Rage,” taking on Helena’s Hel’z Belles Roller Derby. Join for this 1920s-themed bout on Saturday, September 7th at Haynes Pavilion at the Gallatin County Fairgrounds.
Come dressed for the Roaring 20s – flapper dresses, feather boas, cloche hats, spats and fedoras. Costumed attendees aged 18+ get first crack at limited trackside seating (aka the Danger Zone). Tickets for this family friendly event are $8 in advance at Cactus Records and www.grderby.com, or $10 at the door. Kids age 10 and under are admitted FREE. Doors open at 6pm ahead of the bout at 6:30pm.
A portion of the proceeds from this event will benefit Friends of the Bozeman Public Library. The organization supports the Library, its services and programs by advocating for financial support, raising funds to supplement Library resources, and building volunteer involvement.
