Calling all groupies: next roller derby bout features rock stars on wheels
Get ready to rock! Gallatin Roller Derby continues its 2019 home season with “Block n’ Roll,” taking on Missoula’s Hellgate Roller Derby. Join for this rock n’ roll-themed bout on Saturday, August 10th at Haynes Pavilion at the Gallatin County Fairgrounds.
Party like a rock star and channel your inner David Bowie, Elvis, Slash or KISS. Costumed attendees aged 18+ get first crack at limited trackside seating (aka the Danger Zone). Tickets for this family friendly event are $8 in advance at Cactus Records and www.grderby.com, or $10 at the door. Kids age 10 and under are admitted FREE. Doors open at 6pm ahead of the bout at 6:30pm.
A portion of the proceeds from this event will benefit the Help Center. The crisis hotline is available 24 hours a day, every day of the year, to assist individuals and families in sorting out problems, dealing with feelings and making decisions.
