The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at Montana State University will host a virtual Friday Forum on October 10th to discuss housing availability and affordability in the Gallatin Valley.
The forum, “Challenges & Solutions for Housing in the Gallatin Valley,” will be held from noon to 1:30pm via Zoom. It is free and open to the public.
David O’Connor, executive director of Big Sky Community Housing Trust and member of the Gallatin Regional Housing Coalition, will describe housing costs, income trends and how local organizations and policymakers are addressing housing challenges in the Gallatin Valley. He will also discuss the Gallatin Regional Housing Coalition’s new “Permanent Affordability Playbook.”

Participants must register for the Friday Forum before 11am Oct. 10th. They will receive an email from Zoom with a link and login instructions ahead of the event.
