Family Promise, the nation’s leading nonprofit addressing family homelessness and early learning, is hosting its fourth annual Summer Carnival event, celebrating the end of school and kickoff to the sunny season. The Carnival will take place Saturday, June 14th, from 1–4pm at 1603 Tschache Lane.
Carnival entertainment will include bounce houses, dunk tanks, cotton candy, face painting, crafts, prizes, swag, burgers and hot dogs, Tropical Sno and so much more. Because of the generosity of event sponsors, the afternoon is open to all families regardless of ability to pay. Presented in collaboration with McDonald’s and Ortho Montana.
While the event is free to attend, event hosts gratefully accept donations of items like toilet paper or diapers to support their programs.
This event is made possible, and so much more enjoyable, because of the generosity of sponsors: XL Country, Town & Country Foods, Country Bookshelf, Tropical Sno, Harrington Pepsi, Charles Schwab, AACT Montana, Stockman Bank, First Interstate Bank and PostNet.
Family Promise of Gallatin Valley is a local organization working with our community to develop comprehensive, holistic solutions for families facing housing insecurity. The nonprofit provides prevention services before families reach crisis, shelter and case management when they become homeless, and stabilization programs once they have secured housing to ensure they remain independent.
