Sip on Montana craft beer while hanging out with brewers from across the state at the Montana Brewers Association’s Spring Rendezvous Brewfest, set for Saturday, May 11th, at the Gallatin County Fairgrounds. This annual brewfest features unlimited samples of only Montana-made craft beer as well as food vendors, live music from Levi Blom, and a collectible glass included with the price of admission.
Taste beer from the far reaches of the state, whether from long-established breweries in Montana or the newest breweries just starting to share their brews with the communities. Event organizers are proud to feature 30 of Montana’s finest and introduce you to the brewers who are at the epicenter of this creative and tasty venture.
Participating breweries include Barley, Malt & Brewing Quality Lab, Bozeman Brewing, Bridger Brewing, Last Best Place Brewing, MAP Brewing and Outlaw Brewing, all from the Bozeman area, as well as Beehive Basin (Big Sky), Katabatic and Neptune’s (Livingston), and Sawdust & Steel (Three Forks). Visiting from Missoula are Bayern Brewing, Big Sky Brewing, Cranky Sam, Gild Brewing, Highlander Beer, Imagine Nation and Kettlehouse. Helena breweries taking part are Blackfoot River, Copper Furrow, Lewis & Clark and Ten Mile Creek. Also enjoy the flavors of Beaverhead (Dillon), Bitter Root (Hamilton), Butte Brewing, Cabinet Mountain (Libby), Gally’s (Harlowton), Mighty Mo (Great Falls), Philipsburg Brewing, Ronan Cooperative Brewery and Smelter City (Anaconda).
VIP Hour will run from 3–4pm with live music by Taylor Burlage. Gain early entrance and sample beers with Montana’s brewers before the crowd arrives. VIP tickets are $45 in advance and $50 day of rendezvous. General admission access runs from 4–8pm. Tickets are $35 in advance and $40 day of. VIP and general admission includes unlimited beer samples in a commemorative glass. Food will be available for purchase from CC Gourmet, Follow Yer’ Nose BBQ, Highlander Taste, Mo’ Bowls and Ms Sippi’s Southern Cuisine. Brewfest attendees may also join for an ELM after party featuring a funky dance party with Shakewell and Desperate Electric. Tickets sold separately through the venue website. With unlimited samples, brewing education, live music and more, this is the “Ultimate Montana Beer Experience.”
