The 3rd & 4th will be a set menu with limited seating, like when your abuela makes you lots of food. Some fun bites, some bigger plates, some unexpected flavors!
The 5th & 6th will be 1st come, 1st served/ a la carte/ fiesta en la calle style madness.
There will be gluten free & vegetarian options.
