Enjoy a smaller class size with individualized instruction. A beginner friendly introduction to essential STOTT Pilates repertoire designed to improve strength, stability, posture, and body awareness. All under the expert guidance of Lindsey Petz, PTA, STOTT Pilates trained instructor.
