Finding Sanctuary in Chaotic Times

Join the Bozeman Dharma Center for a weekend with visiting Spirit Rock teacher, Tempel Smith. He will be leading a daylong retreat on October 12 from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm as well as giving a talk on Friday October 11 from 7 pm to 8:30 pm. The retreat will offer Buddhist practices to soothe the nervous system, bring balance to the heart-mind, and build a base of equanimity from which we can respond to the many challenges of every day life. These teachings help us take a deep breath, gather some tools, and find sanctuary amid the overwhelm.
