Register with the FCC to Get Your FRN (FCC Registration Number)We will need you to preregister for one of our testing sessions to ensure that all the paperwork is in order on your end and ours before you take your exam. Preregister at Hamstudy.org for a testing session. HARCMT offers testing sessions on the Saturday prior to the monthly club meeting (club meeting is the third Monday of the month). Examinations begin promptly at 10:00 am at the Belgrade Chamber of Commerce located located 10 E Main St, Belgrade, MT 59714 – Please arrive at 09:45 am.
