Executive Presence for Mid-Career Professionals is a practical and immediately applicable workshop for those with 10 or more years of experience who need to communicate with greater clarity, credibility, and influence. Focusing on moments that most often determine how leaders are perceived by executives and senior stakeholders, students will practice using structured tools, templates, and coached simulations. If you need to brief leaders, influence decisions without formal authority, and/or facilitate meetings when stakes are high, this course is for you!
