Bringing Preventative Care to You
Healthcare Connections is a mobile clinic dedicated to empowering communities through accessible, preventative healthcare. Our goal is simple: meet people where they are and provide the tools they need to take charge of their health early and confidently.
We offer a range of free services, including:

Basic Wellness Checks and Provider Q&A

A1C and Cholesterol Screenings

Connections to Local Resources, including mammogram vouchers
Our mobile unit travels across rural and underserved areas to reduce barriers and make screening and education convenient, approachable, and community-focused. We don’t replace your primary care provider, we support them by helping identify health needs early and connecting individuals to local clinics and resources.
