The Ellen relies on two large refrigerators to keep beverages cold for our guests. One of those refrigerators has completely stopped working, and the other is on its last legs. We need to replace at least one of these appliances as soon as possible! After all, who wants a warm soda?
Is there an old refrigerator in your garage, or tucked away in a storage unit, that is no longer needed? If so, Ellen would greatly appreciate you donating it to a worthy cause. We don’t care what it looks like – just as long as it’s in running order.
While we’re asking, we could also use another freezer. The one we have works relatively well, but it is small and we would appreciate being able to store more ice. Thank you for considering helping out your community performing arts and film venue.
Remember, The Ellen is a non-profit organization, so this is a tax-deductible gift. We’ll do all the work and haul away whatever you have that may be of help.
