Eagles’ weekends see Daniel Kosel, Disruptors & more
Warm up with a couple cold ones with a stop into Downtown Bozeman’s Eagles Bar. The local’s place also features a full calendar of solo musician sets and full band showcases for all the live music fans out there. Keep reading to see who’s stopping by in March.
Mario Miner Jr. of two-piece rock n’ roll project Gallatin Ghost Train perform a solo set on March 9th. Expect an evening of blues-skewing tunes and some original songs.
Coming mid-month are regional rockers Daniel Kosel & Madrona Road on March 12th and 13th. They’ll bring visceral blues, sweet country and sultry rock with hot, tight grooves audiences can boogie down and shake it on the dance floor to.
Luke Flansburg is back March 16th. He’ll bring a wide variety of music ranging from funk to rock to blues. Also a member of Pinky & the Floyd, Tsunami Funk and MOTH, prepare for a fun set of covers and originals that will span the genres.
Check out The Disruptors on March 18th and 19th. The high energy band does their darndest to get audiences singing along with their wide selection of rock n’ roll tunes from the ‘60s to now.
Jessica Hegg brings the acoustics on March 23rd. She plays older rock and country in the style of Stevie Nicks along with heartfelt originals.
Country rockers BlueBelly Junction return to the Eagles stage March 25th and 26th. The “rockabilly” group brings an arsenal of originals and personalized covers. The high-energy band tends to veer away from slow jams, other than the occasional tune.
Neil Filo Beddow closes out the month with an acoustic show on March 30th. He plays original folk rock for the soul, and describes his guitar style as the “West Dakota stutter.”
Exercise your pipes with Karaoke Night with Bozeman’s Best Entertainment Group, setting up at FOE every Thursday. Sing your heart out and cheer on your friends! Sign-ups start at 9pm.
Make sure to check out Bridger Mountain Big Band on Sunday nights. The ensemble performs at 7pm. The 17-piece jazz orchestra celebrates the music of Duke Ellington, Count Basie, and more, with original arrangements and music of all genres from the 1900s to today. Acoustic Wednesdays start at 8pm and weekend bands are on at 9pm. Head downtown for some great live music or stop in to support your local Eagles any night of the week. •
