Eagles hosts weekend bands, midweek acoustics
Live acts have returned to the Eagles Bar with plenty of opportunities for local listeners to choose from in the coming weeks. Here’s a look at what’s happening at FOE this month.

First up is a pair of rockin’ shows by Dilly Dilly on Friday and Saturday, April 2nd and 3rd. Kick off the first weekend of the month with all your classic favorites.
Kristin Lundell follows Wednesday, April 7th. The local singer/songwriter and guitarist performs catchy, melodic rock originals inspired by the likes of Veruca Salt, Juliana Hatfield and The Beatles. She’ll also have the audience singing along as she puts her spin on hits that span the decades.
Country rockers BlueBelly Junction will bring the noise Friday and Saturday, April 9th and 10th. The “rockabilly” group brings an arsenal of originals and personalized covers. The high-energy band tends to veer away from slow jams, other than the occasional tune.
Luke Flansburg entertains Wednesday, April 14th. He’ll bring a wide variety of music ranging from funk to rock to blues. Also a member of Pinky & the Floyd, Tsunami Funk and MOTH, prepare for a fun set of covers and originals that will span the genres.
Daniel Kosel breezes in for the weekend of Friday and Saturday, April 16th and 17th. His poetry, soulful vocals and guitar work make a delightful listening experience best described as “Crues Music,” a self-styled blend of country, rock and blues.
Enjoy the sounds of Chandler Huntley on Wednesday, April 21st. He draws influence from Johnny Cash, Merle Haggard, Guy Clark, John Prine, Robert Earl Keen and other country greats, from the current and past.
Close 2 Toast takes the stage Friday and Saturday, April 23rd and 24th. Formed from all the right elements found within the Gallatin Valley comes a band like no other, with songs to warm your heart, make you cry and dance.
On Wednesday, April 28th, Greg Hall provides the live acoustics. Head downtown for your midweek cold one and enjoy his musical stylings!
Poison Lovers will finish out one month and kick off the next with shows on Friday, April 30th and Saturday, May 1st. The Bozeman-based honky tonk country rock band is led by Eagles staple Rob Lethert.
There’s no better Thirsty Thursday than one with Sunrise Karaoke, setting up at FOE weekly. Sing your heart out and cheer on your friends, but please watch your distance!
