On Thursday, February 9th, the Bozeman Doc Series presents the Montana premiere of one of the most critically-acclaimed films of the year, All the Beauty and the Bloodshed from Academy Award-winning director Laura Poitras.
This epic, emotional and interconnected story about internationally renowned artist and activist Nan Goldin is told through her slideshows, intimate interviews, ground-breaking photography, and rare footage of her personal fight to hold the Sackler family accountable for the overdose crisis.
Shortlisted for the upcoming Best Documentary Oscar, the film has received widespread critical acclaim since it’s world premiere at the Venice Film Festival.

On Sunday, February 19th, the Doc Series continues with the award-winning new documentary, North Circular.
A documentary musical traveling the length of Dublin’s fabled North Circular Road, where local characters share their powerful and emotive stories, accompanied by traditional ballads and folk music that help to tell these stories. North Circular conjures the ghosts of the past while engaging with the conflicts and celebrations of today, with a little bit of Dublin humour thrown in.
North Circular has been a gem of the festival circuit since its world premiere at the Dublin International Film Festival, winning several awards and garnering glowing reviews along the way.
