Known as the “Last Best Live Music Venue & Dance Hall,” Music Ranch Montana presents another round of its popular ‘Country Dance Nights’ as its summer season continues. Offering covered and outdoor seating for every show, the venue features the largest dance floor in the region and is the perfect place to take in acts true to the genre.
Next up is a night with Crow Country on July 10th.
The Billings-based group delivers an energetic mix of classic and contemporary country favorites, blending rich vocal harmonies with authentic musicianship. Featuring five seasoned performers, the band brings a dance-friendly sound that’s equally at home in a honky-tonk or on the festival stage, making them a favorite with audiences across Montana.
A double header follows on July 24th with Flat River Band and The Kody Norris Show.
Flat River Band delivers a polished blend of modern country and rock-driven Americana, built around strong harmonies, tight instrumentation and a high-energy live show. Rooted in the Midwest tradition of heartfelt songwriting and danceable rhythms, the band has built a growing following through dynamic performances that balance contemporary country radio favorites with a rugged, road-tested sound.
The Kody Norris Show is a high-energy bluegrass and traditional country act known for its tight musicianship, vintage flair, and lively stage performance. Led by the namesake guitarist and vocalist, the band blends classic bluegrass roots with a showman’s touch, delivering fast-paced picking, rich harmonies, and a nostalgic yet fresh sound that has made them a standout on the festival circuit.

Lorrie Morgan, “The Duchess of Country Music,” performs on July 25th.
The music icon is known for her rich, emotive voice and a string of hit songs that helped define 1990s country music. The daughter of Grand Ole Opry star George Morgan, she rose to prominence with chart-topping singles and acclaimed albums that blend traditional country storytelling with polished contemporary production. With a career spanning decades, Morgan continues to captivate audiences with heartfelt performances and timeless hits like “Something in Red” and “Except for Monday,” solidifying her place as one of country music’s enduring vocalists and live performers.
Enjoy a tribute to Roger Miller by his son and fellow musician Dean Miller on July 26th.
The Nashville-based country artist is known for blending traditional country roots with a modern, groove-driven sound. A seasoned singer-songwriter in his own right, he’s built a career on sharp storytelling, soulful vocals, and a style that nods to his father’s wit and musical legacy while standing firmly in contemporary country. Miller has earned recognition for both his solo work and songwriting collaborations, delivering engaging live performances that balance heartfelt ballads with upbeat, radio-ready country songs.
