Bozeman Folklore Society continues its dance season with a New Year’s Eve Eve Eve Contra Dance on Saturday, December 29th at the Bozeman Senior Center. The evening begins with a 30-minute warm-up dance lesson at 7:30pm. The Contra Dance follows at 8pm with featuring caller Rab Cummings. Live music will be provided by Da Skekklers.
Another Community Contra Dance is set for Saturday, January 12th, also at the Senior Center. Chordwood Cricket will provide the tunes alongside caller Kristen Emmett. A half-hour dance workshop kicks off the evening at 7:30pm, with the main event beginning at 8pm.
Families, singles and couples are welcome to all dances. Admission to all Contra Dances is $10, $8 for members, and $5 for students. Please bring clean, grit-free, non-marking shoes to protect the floor. The Bozeman Senior Center is located at 807 N Tracy.
