Wildfire season has settled into Southwest Montana, and though we haven’t yet been inundated with smoke, there may be a time many of us need a little reprieve. BrickHouse Band delivers their seasoned talents on August 15th and 16th. The Billings-based performers will be sure to pack the dance floor with rockin’ crowd favorites and other jams. Get up off your feet for an always exciting performance by these fellas.
Chico gears up for the return of its Annual Neighborhood Block Party featuring www.TWANG on Aug. 17th. The BBQ, beer and refreshments will be ready to order before the show, followed by the music and street dance at 6pm. The truck drivin’, heart breakin’, honky-tonk dance band has been offering up real country music to their fans for decades. These guys take no prisoners and leave nothing but happy dancers in their wake. Don’t miss their “real deal, premium country music” show!
BlackWater Band follow on Aug. 22nd and 23rd. The rock n’ roll variety group will have you off your feet and on the dance floor in no time, so take a swig of your preferred flavor and get that liquid motivation flowing. Grab a drink from the bar, boogie down and show off your best moves.
Enjoy a solo performance by MAX guitarist Kyle Brenner on Aug. 24th. Fueled by raw guitars, gritty vocals and a relentless love for rock n’ roll, he brings a one-man sound that hits like a full band.
Honky tonk outfit Tyler Potter & the Last Minute Surprise take the stage Aug. 29th and 30th. The band brings classic country twang, toe-tappin’ rhythms and rowdy good times to every show.
Bird Dog Brian Kassay closes out the month with a solo show on Aug. 31st at 7pm. The local musician mixes guitar, violin, keyboard and harmonica in creation of his unique, live-looping performances.
