Pine Creek Lodge-lovers can breathe a sigh of relief following news that the Paradise Valley venue has secured a space for ample parking, just in time for their highly anticipated summer concert season.
Live music enthusiasts have quickly gobbled up tickets for early shows by Kitchen Dwellers and Greensky Bluegrass, but those who lost out can expect plenty more concert announcements as the summer months approach.
In the meantime, support the Lodge with a weekend trip over the pass for some fantastic Brunch Live Music. Held on select Saturdays and Sundays this spring, the tunes begin at 11am and run until 1pm.
April 8th sees the return of Paul Lee Kupfer. He has a distinctive approach and his arrangements are inventive and fun. Restless touring and writing has allowed him to share the bill with some of his heroes and bring his music to many different kinds of people across the United States.
Jackson Holte brings the acousticals on April 9th. Frontman of his rock n’ roll five-piece of the same name, expect an evening of modern roots music featuring earthy narrative songwriting and soaring blues guitar.
Enjoy a midday set by Kelly Nicholson on April 15th. The singer/songwriter’s performances include hints of folk and bluegrass as well as acoustic renditions of covers typically played with her full band.
Performing on April 16th is Cleo Toll. He’s a member of dynamic four-piece DoubleWide Dreams, known for its original, driving, melodic yet irreverent sounds. Fans of good ole, homegrown Western Americana and rock can expect a stripped-down, one-man show of a similar variety.
Steph Yeager graces audiences with her talents on April 23rd. With a gripping, emotive voice and guitar skills to match, Yeager’s songwriting makes you feel as though you’re on the most exciting road trip of your life. Her passionate folk songs draw from the influence of country, soul, gospel, indie-pop, and blues.
Raven Roshi takes over entertainment duties on April 29th. Original songs are written and performed by Charles Wolf Drimal on Spanish guitar, resonator guitar, harmonica and foot tambourine. Whether performing solo or alongside supreme local musicians, Drimal always lays down a chill vibe.
Last but certainly not least, The Sleepless Elite perform April 30th. The duo has inspiration rooted in musical theater, and the sound of artists like Paramore and Blondie, Blink-182 and the Strokes. Their unique sound can be heard on their latest release, Still Dreaming.
