The Bike Kitchen is excited to announce Extended Summer Hours! Open shop hours will be 12 PM – 8 PM Tuesdays and Thursdays through the end of August. Bring your bike in for maintenance, stop in to buy a bike, or build your earn-a-bike. Due to limited staff availability in the afternoons, we ask that drop-in volunteers come only during the normal 6-8 shift.
And we’ve got a couple classes coming up:
Monday, July 18, 7-8 PM: Intro to Bike Maintenance.
The class so nice, we’ve offered it thrice! Join us for introductory lessons on how to keep your bike running smoothly and fix common problems encountered on the road. Bring your own bike to learn on. This class makes a great intro if you’re interested in volunteering with us!
Monday, July 25, 7-8 PM: Family Biking.
Let local cycling activist Taylor Lonsdale show you how to bike with the whole family. Learn how he handles kids, groceries, commuting and more on his bicycle. This talk will be held in the Bozeman Public Library’s small conference room.
The Bozeman Bike Kitchen is located at 2104 Industrial Ave.
