Ski season has arrived! Big Sky Resort opened for the season on Thanksgiving Day, and with it plenty of fresh powder. To celebrate, pick a weekend to ski and stay! Here’s a look at some of the events upcoming.
Military Appreciation Weekend is set for Friday and Saturday, December 15th–16th so members of our military can enjoy a fantastic weekend of skiing with their families. There will be FREE skiing for active duty and retired military members on these days. Also enjoy 50% off for spouses and immediate family. Please bring identification for ALL parties to collect the discounted rate. Make a night (or two) of it! Lodging discounts available at Huntley Lodge and Big Horn Condos.
Educator Appreciation Weekend follows on Friday and Saturday, December 22nd–23rd. These days will see FREE lift tickets for educators staying in Big Sky Resort lodging (discounts available at Huntley Lodge and Big Horn Condos). Lift tickets are $77.50 for educators not staying at the resort, as well as for family members (with educator present).
Finally, mark your calendars for the annual Torchlight Parade on Monday, December 24th – Christmas Eve! Join in for the festive tradition and celebrate the holidays on the slopes with a torchlight parade, skiing Santa Claus, and fireworks. Free for spectators.
