Hot Springs Sundays feature funk-leaning rock bands Beat Deaf, Left on Tenth
Whether you’re looking to relieve sore muscles post-workout or simply need to warm up, a soak at Bozeman Hot Springs is the perfect avenue. The venue also hosts weekly live music from its outdoor stage, with regional and traveling musicians performing every Thursday and Sunday night at 7pm. Here’s a look at who’s coming up.
California-based acoustic alternative rock artist Benny Bassett is first up on Thursday, February 6th. He’s known for his emotion-fueled alt rock sound. Coming through Bozeman for a few shows during his tour around the Pacific Northwest, Bassett is sure to bring an amazing show with the potential of hitting you right in the feels.
On Sunday, February 9th, Helena’s own Beat Deaf will bring a healthy blend of fun originals and recognizable covers to the Hot Springs. The trio blends funk music and alternative rock in a show full of exciting musical fusion. Their unique sound will make for a fun show to go along with a hot soak.
Area favorite performer Mathias follows on Thursday, February 13th. With powerful vocals and a percussive guitar style, the singer/songwriter is known for his dynamic live performances. Mathias brings an acoustic folk sound fueled by rock and funk, and has become a staple at the Hot Springs.
Bozeman jam-funk extravaganza Left on Tenth is set for Sunday, February 16th. Their riveting, high-energy shows blend acoustic and electric guitar, saxophone, trumpet, drums, auxiliary percussion, keys and bass. These guys bring the party wherever they perform, and this show will be no exception!
