Ladies’ Night – Thursday, November 17, 2016
Downtown Bozeman Association is excited, once again to bring you Ladies’ Night in Downtown Bozeman on Thursday, November 17 from 5-8pm plus “after-hours” dinner and cocktails! This retail AND restaurant oriented event is aimed at creating a fun night for ladies who want to do a little pre-holiday shopping, enjoy dinner and drinks while also spending some quality time with friends.
Ladies’ Night is all about YOU!! We are looking to get customers directly in to your businesses by inspiring them with an array of specials, promotions or activities inside your business! With the proper marketing featuring the amazing businesses and incentives available in Downtown Bozeman, we hope to bring hundreds of people through your store, restaurant or bar for this fun event!
The cost to participate in the 2016 Ladies’ Night is $125 and you will receive the following benefits and marketing tools with your participation:

Your Business Name, Address (with map location) and In-Store Promotions/Activities listed on the Electronic Printable Event Booklet available on www.downtownbozeman.org
- The “In-Store Promotion/Activity” you have planned will be categorized by the “type”; shopping, food or drink indicated with icons in the Event Booklet.
- ALL retail specials will be advertised as taking place from 5-8pm. Any food or drink specials will be available from 5-10pm unless otherwise indicated.
- Your Business Name, Address (with map location) and In-Store Promotions/Activities listed on the 1500+ Printed Event Booklets that will be distributed all over town and in all participating businesses.
- Your Business Name and Address (with map location) listed on the 250+ Event Posters that will be distributed all over town and in all participating businesses.
- Your Business Name featured on the Event Page on www.downtownbozeman.org
- Your Business Name and In-Store Promotions/Activities included on all event press releases send to local and statewide press contacts
- Your Business Name and In-Store Promotions/Activities included on all social media events and announcements for each event.
- Your Business’s Facebook Page will be tagged on Facebook at least one time the week prior to the event
- ALL print, electronic and social media marketing materials will be emailed to all participating businesses to help brand the event through YOUR marketing avenues.
To get signed up, please email me at ellie@downtownbozeman.org NO LATER than Tuesday, October 25!! Then, I will email all confirmed participants directly with an additional deadline reminder of Monday, October 31 for all Ladies’ Night Promotions, Specials or Activities you have planned for the evening.
And…BE CREATIVE with your promotions and activities! Possibly think about teaming up with neighboring businesses to do a promotion focusing on the area you are in downtown? This has been successful for many businesses in the past!
