The creeptastic days of October leading up to All Hallow’s Eve offer locals a fun batch of events to celebrate the season before winter takes hold. For more than two decades, the 8th grade class at Anderson School has scared the residents of Gallatin Valley at their annual haunted house.
On Friday and Saturday, October 31st and November 1st, the popular horror show returns with Haunted Ghost Town on Corpsewood Road. This season’s haunted house will guide participants through a gory Old West setting with sinister chills and thrills. Be prepared to scream at the top of your lungs!

As in years past, the kids will transform the Little Red Schoolhouse into a terrifyingly fun adventure for those who dare to visit. Lights will be ON from 5:30–6:30pm for little ones and the faint of heart. Lights will be OFF from 7–10pm with plenty of frights! Sponsored by Costco, Entropy Brands, Rocky Mountain Rigging, Montana Angler and Feed Café, admission begins at $10 with fast pass and line-skipping tickets available. Purchase advance tickets at www.eventbrite.com.
This is an annual fundraiser for Anderson’s 8th grade class trip to Washington, D.C. Hot and cold beverage will be available for purchase while you wait and find the courage to enter. Haunted Ghost Town on Corpsewood Road can be found just 5 miles south of Huffine off Cottonwood Rd. at Anderson’s Little Red Schoolhouse. •
