A new episode of 11th and Grant featuring Luke Dowler will air on Montana PBS at 7pm on Thursday, February 15th.
Dowler is an indie-Americana singer-songwriter who is known for his modern blend of upbeat, organic vibes. He is from the Flathead Valley and has toured throughout the U.S., Australia, Europe and Canada. Performing with Dowler will be his wife, Jacy Dowler, and friends Kelly Diane, JT Baker, Garrett Tovey, Nate Gullickson and Dave Griffith.
“The inimitable Luke Dowler is a mountain of a man with a heart just as big,” said Eric Funk, “11th and Grant” host. “He has a style all his own, carrying his truths through his songs. Your mind won’t drift in this episode for a second.”
“11th and Grant” is an Emmy-winning series that invites respected Montana musicians into viewers’ homes. It fuses in-depth interviews with performances in the KUSM-TV studio, located at the corner of South 11th Avenue and Grant Street on the Montana State University campus in Bozeman. Funk, a composer and retired MSU music professor, also serves as the series’ artistic director.
