SUMMARY:OLLI at MSU Friday Forum: Bozeman's New Land Development Code
DESCRIPTION:The  Osher Lifelong Learning Institute  at Montana State University will host its monthly Friday Forum on April 10\, titled “Bozeman’s New Land Development Code: How Did We Get Here and Where Do We Expect to Go?” The event will take place from noon to 1:30 p.m. on Zoom and is free and open to the public.\nIn August 2023\, the City of Bozeman unveiled a draft of proposed revisions to the city’s Unified Development Code (UDC). The City Commission\, in response to public comment\, supported additional public engagement before moving the project forward. After two more years of extensive community engagement efforts\, public hearings\, changes in law from the state legislature\, and work sessions with the city commission\, a new draft was finalized and the commission adopted it on December 16\, 2025. The new code took effect on February 1 of this year.\nDuring the forum\, Chris Saunders\, Bozeman’s Community Development Manager\, will discuss and answer questions about how the new UDC will guide Bozeman’s growth.\nOLLI at MSU Friday Forums occur monthly from September through May. Participants must register before 11 a.m. Friday\, April 10. Participants will receive an email from Zoom with a link and instructions ahead of the event.\nOLLI at MSU is a program of Academic Technology and Outreach. ATO works across the university to support and advance its land-grant mission through unique and innovative opportunities for outreach and engagement. \nhttps://zoom.us/webinar/register/1217734354884/WN_mL2muuzHQs6qMSFUC2PlIA

SUMMARY:406 Flea Market
DESCRIPTION:406 Flea Market\nApril 10\, 2026\n\n\nHello! We’re 406 Flea\, a local vintage market that hosts monthly flea markets in support of local vendors. While most of our vendors offer vintage clothing\, we always reserve a few spots for local artists as well. Our mission at 406 Flea is to create a fun\, community-centered event that celebrates sustainability\, creativity\, and of course\, vintage finds. We’ve also introduced a new element to our markets: $5 bins\, with all proceeds donated to a local organization. At our last event\, we were able to donate $460 to HRDC\, and this month we’re hoping to support Thrive.
