DESCRIPTION:Friday\, November 14\, 2025 12:00pm – 1:30pm Online via Zoom \nThe Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at Montana State University will hold a virtual Friday Forum on Nov. 14 to discuss recycling in Bozeman and Gallatin County. \nThe forum\, “Recycling in Bozeman: Availability\, Impacts and Challenges\,” will stream on Zoom from noon to 1:30 p.m. and is free and open to the public. The event will explore the impact of local and regional recycling\, including the current state of Gallatin Valley’s recycling efforts\, commercial opportunities and challenges for consumers and providers. \nSpeakers will include Nick Ross\, the city of Bozeman’s director of transportation and engineering who oversees solid waste management\, and Dave Leverett\, owner of We Recycle Montana with more than 30 years of commercial recycling experience in the Greater Yellowstone region. \nFriday Forums occur on the second Friday of the month through May. Participants must register for the recycling forum before 11 a.m. Friday\, Nov. 14. They will receive an email from Zoom with a link and login instructions ahead of the event.
