DESCRIPTION:Sunday\, March 1 – 1:00 PM to 2:00 PMDance/Movement AuditionThis is a basic movement audition to access the ability to move to music and follow the beat. Please wear clothing that is easy to move in\, as well as dance or tennis shoes. No open-toed shoes\, sandals/flip flops\, etc. allowed. Please also bring a water bottle. \nSunday\, March 1 – 2:00 PM to 3:00 PMDance/Movement Audition – AdvancedAll are welcome to attend\, however\, please note that this will be a more advanced dance sequence\, designed for more experienced dancers. \nSunday\, March 1 – 3:00 PM to 5:30 PMVocal/Singing AuditionsAfter the dance and movement audition\, we will be hearing people sing\, by groups of five every 30 minutes. Please prepare a brief song in the style of musical theatre. An accompanist will be provided. Please also have the sheet music of your song in the proper key for the accompanist. On the scheduling page\, you will be able to click onetime slot for your vocal/singing audition. \nMonday\, March 2 – 6:00 PM to 8:00 PMVocal/Singing Auditions \nIf you were unable to attend a vocal audition on Sunday\, March 1\, please choose a time slot on the following evening. \nHow Do I Schedule an Audition?To go to the scheduling page\, CLICK HERE. \nNext\, choose your Audition dates and times.Don’t Forget! DESCRIPTION:The 10th annual Moms Like Me hosted by Roots Family Collaborative will be held on Sunday\, March 1 at The ELM\, downtown Bozeman. Moms Like Me has become a well-loved\, community event for mothers and families in the greater Bozeman area to raise awareness about perinatal mental health\, normalize the expectations of the perinatal period\, and strengthen support networks. \nOver the past nine years\, 29 incredible storytellers and 14 musicians have bravely taken the stage to share their raw\, real\, and powerful journeys into motherhood. Each of these women have helped shape Moms Like Me into what it is today: a celebration of motherhood\, resilience\, connection\, and truth-telling. \nThe power of storytelling cannot be overstated. The collective impact of Moms Like Me reaches far beyond the annual event—it lives in the hearts of those who’ve listened\, those who’ve felt seen\, and those who’ve found the courage to share their own truths because each mother before has shared hers. \nAs we prepare to celebrate the 10 year anniversary of Moms Like Me\, we encourage all in our community to attend and experience the power of connection.
