DESCRIPTION:BSC Basement: M-F 9am-3pm\n\nAfter coming in the main entrance\, turn right and head towards the fireplace.  There are stairs going down\, right beside the elevator.  We are located between the stairs and the elevator once you get to the lower level. \nWe believe we have the lowest prices in town.  The store has a large selection of kitchenware\, clothing\, bed linens\, crafts\, fabric\, books\, appliances\, winter gear\, shoes\, knick-knacks\, etc. \nWe have carts and wagons downstairs for you to bring us your treasures.  Community donations are only accepted Tuesday-Thursday.  We spend Monday & Friday catching up\, and can’t process donations. \nOur annual “Holiday Store” is open from mid-October – December 15th.  This specialty store is on the main level\, just to the left as you come through the 1st set of glass doors.

DESCRIPTION:The Arts Council of Big Sky is pleased announce that the 28th annual Madrigal Dinner is returning to BUCK’s T- 4\, on Thursday\, December 4\, 2025 at 5 p.m. This magical Big Sky tradition is a production of the Montana State University School of Music and is considered by many as the kick-off of the holiday season!\nTickets are by advanced reservation only and include a rustic dinner with festive music from the Montana State University Montanans\, the MSU Brass Quintet and Voces Luminis. \nThe evening begins with a no-host bar at 5 p.m.\, followed by seating for the dinner promptly at 6 p.m.\, in preparation for the Ceremonial Procession of the Lord and Lady of the Manor and their guests. Olde English customs are the theme throughout the evening\, including fanfares introducing the Ceremonial Procession\, the Wassail Bowl and Christmas Toast\, the Boar’s Head Procession and the Flaming Pudding Dessert. The Montanans serenade guests throughout the evening and are joined by Voces Luminis (ssaa) for the concert finale. The dinner closes with the audience joining the musicians in singing familiar carols. This year marks the 60thth annual Madrigal Dinner\, produced by the MSU School of Music\, and the 28th year the production has traveled to Big Sky. \nYou will have the opportunity to request seating near guests outside of your party through a questionnaire prompted AFTER you make your purchase. Hear about Ashley’s visit to the Etches Collection Museum\, home to Sea Rex\, the largest pliosaur ever found. Discover how this small town changed the way we understand Jurassic sealife.\nWhat can fossils teach us about the world today? Discoveries made by paleontologists continue to shed new light on the deep past of the planet and the creatures that arose here. This speaker series explores recent paleontological findings and current hypotheses as conveyed by scientists who are actively exploring how life on Earth has changed.
