Yoga For All – & 12PM

An event every week that begins at 11:00am on Tuesday, repeating until May 29, 2018
Pledge to work on your flexibility with Yoga For All held every Tuesday from 11-11:45am and 12-12:45pm in the Large Community Room. Classes are taught by certified yoga instructors Karen Averitt (11am) and Jen Brick (noon). The morning class tends to have more kids, following Books & Babies, but all are welcome to either class
Please bring your own mat if possible, or we have a few mats, blocks and straps you are welcome to borrow.
