In the second half\, we come together in circle—sharing stories\, reflecting deeply\, and gently working through life’s challenges over cups of warm\, spiced Indian chai. Held in nature\, this space invites openness\, connection\, and healing. Vandana will guide this portion with thoughtful readings and light\, engaging activities. Light snacks will be provided.\nPlease bring your own mug(for chai)\, yoga mat and water bottle.
