Join Our Yoga this summer for SUP (Stand Up Paddle-boarding) Yoga.
It’s a great way to get out on the water, in peaceful bliss, away from all distractions (who couldn’t use that?). We combine this water sport with Yoga to provide you a revitalizing experience that will be sure to energize your senses.
In every 90 minute class you will receive:
~ Paddle Board 101: Learn the basics of paddle boarding, about your yoga specific SUPs, and launching & staying balanced
~ Time To Paddle: Get 20min or more to practice your new kneeling and standing paddle-board skills & build muscle memory.
~ Yoga On The Water: Enjoy 45min(+) of yoga on the water, practicing poses for all levels, followed by a long guided relaxation period
These classes can be for beginner or experienced paddle-boarders or yogis. We promise you’ll come away having learned something new!
Our Sol Paddle-boards come from Madison River Tubing and make the experience extra special. They are specifically made to do yoga on, so they are grippier and more stable. Your board will be anchored throughout the yoga portion so you can be at ease & simply enjoy your practice on the water.
We’ll provide the equipment, know-how & relaxation. You just have to come with a little enthusiasm & clothes you’re okay to get wet. Trust us, balancing on these boards while doing yoga – even on your knees – will take your yoga practice & savasana/relaxation to a whole new level.
