Fielding’s & Bozeman Brewing Co Six Course Beer Pairing Dinner
Fielding’s, the new dining experience in downtown Bozeman featuring modern American cuisine inspired by Montana’s landscape and bountiful resources, has partnered with Bozeman Brewing Company for a six-course pairing dinner on Monday, Sept. 14 at 8 p.m. Tickets are $90 and includes a welcome cocktail, six courses with beers and sours, as well as gratuity. Under the leadership of Executive Chef Mark Musial, Fielding’s and its sister concept Tune-Up basement bar are the centerpieces of the guest experience at the new Kimpton Armory Hotel, which opened mid-August.
Chef Musial has crafted a special pairing menu to showcase the best that Fielding’s has to offer starting with a compressed melon and tomato salad with ginger mint coulis paired with Bozeman Brewing Company’s Andsoit Gose Ginger 2019. Next, guests will enjoy juniper “n” honey cured salmon with red onion and thyme that pairs with Sprig & Spritz Barrel Aged Gose w/Gin Botanicals 2019, followed by Amaltheia Goat Cheese espuma with charred beet and sage almond tuile highlighted by Hey Bear Honey Kolsch. Chef Musial will prepare a Mero Bass fish stew with mussels, clams and lump crab paired with Haze Trip Hazy IPA. The last savory course features braised oxtail with potato puree and crispy chili alongside Metamorphic Flanders Style Red with Cherry 2019. Attendees will retire to Tune Up for dessert which features a mango and passion fruit “float” made with Sauerlich Berliner Weisse with mango.
