Science Inquiry Lecture – Colors in the Sky: Science of Atmospheric Optical Phenomena

The next edition of this season’s Science Inquiry Lecture Series – ‘Colors in the Sky: The Science of Atmospheric Optical Phenomena’ – will take place Wednesday, January 16th in Hager Auditorium beginning at 7pm.
MSU’s Dr. Joe Shaw will describe the science behind rainbows, halos, auroras and other optical displays and how they relate to research in optical sensing in a wide range of fields.
This event is FREE and open to the public.
At each month’s Science Inquiry Lecture, explore cutting edge science topics, their latest developments, and their relevance to society through speaker presentations followed by a Q&A session.
