Recipe Test Kitchen: Cold Soups

Calling all cooks, bakers, and food lovers! Bozeman Public Library is hosting a recipe test club! This is how it will work:
1. Find a recipe for the chosen item or ingredient. Check out library materials if you need inspiration.
2. Try cooking it at home.
3. Bring in the results, the recipe, and any notes or comments you have on the recipe.
4. We’ll taste test, discuss, and talk about our experiences cooking.
Program takes place at 6:30PM at the Kitchen Table on the first Tuesday of the month.
In August we’ll be tasting and talking about summer soups. Bring in your best gazpacho or chilled soups.
