Intro to Meditation

An event every week that begins at 7:00pm on Wednesday, repeating until October 16, 2019
Meditation is a means to quietly contact our inner life. When we know ourselves well, we are better able to relate to others in the world with integrity and confidence. In the Buddhist tradition there are several meditation styles that can aid us in developing the qualities of peacefulness and wisdom. Join us for this one or all of this 3-week series if you would like to begin a meditation practice or renew the one you already have. There will be teaching, meditation and time for questions. Led by Karen DeCotis, leader of the Bozeman Zen Group.
