It also led to a life of astonishing triumph and heartbreak. Jonnie\nstitches together a woman’s intrepid pursuit of a world title in the 1980s with her dramatic present-day\nstory: rescuing battered horses\, battling natural disasters\, and fiercely devoting herself to a\ncommunity in need.
