In this two hour experience\, you’ll learn: somatic techniques for noticing and understanding your relationship to a space; practices for sparking meaningful personal and environmental change; and how to redesign a room without touching a single wall or piece of furniture. By the end\, you’ll better understand how to access your mind and body as tools for understanding the world around you. \nNo background in somatics\, design\, or movement is required. If you’re curious to discover new ways of relating to yourself and the world around you\, we hope you’ll join us!
