DESCRIPTION:Presented by: Blue Collar Restaurant Group — proud to support our\ncommunity. \nDate: Wednesday August 27\, 2025 at 6:00-8:00 PM \nJoin us on the Market Food Hall patio for a laid-back\, multi-course tasting\ndinner in support of Big Sky Youth Empowerment (BYEP)—a Bozeman nonprofit\nwhere vulnerable teens find belonging\, purpose\, and well-being through\ngroup mentorship\, adventure\, and connection with the natural world. \nTasting Menu lineup: Birria tacos (Merry Piglets) • Onion rings (Liberty\nBurger) • Mini poké bowls (Hachi) • Fried cauliflower (Tanglewood) •\nPulled pork sliders (Sidewinders) • Ice cream (Milky Way) • Lemonade\n(La Camionnette) \nTickets: $60 per person. Only 50 tickets are available. Patio bar will be\nopen; drinks are available for purchase and are not included in the ticket\nprice. All ages welcome. \nGet Tickets [3] \nBig Sky Youth Empowerment (BYEP) provides a program where youth are grouped\nwith peers\, mentors\, and Program Managers (BYEP Staff) for weekend\nadventures and weekday workshops. \nWe meet one weekday evening for workshops with a life skills curriculum\nfocused on building healthy relationships\, independent decision making\, and\ninterpersonal skills. Adventures take place on Sundays\, and build\nconfidence as we explore Montana’s outdoors. \nOur program is divided into three seasons – Winter\, Summer\, and Fall.
