With the warming temperatures come thirsty locals. Downtown grill, bar, and hotspot Montana Ale Works hosts Craft Beer Nights every Thursday beginning at 4pm. Neptune’s Brewery of Livingston on May 25th, and Jackson, WY’s Snake River Brewing on June 1st. Montana Ale Works gives back to the community it calls home.
In 2016, Ale Works helped raise over $500,000 for Gallatin Valley nonprofits through its long-running Community Partnership program. All monies raised through this project directly benefit charitable initiatives such as expanding or enhancing existing programs or launching new ones, building or renovating facilities, and other strategies directed toward the betterment of our growing valley. Every Community Partnership is a collaboration between the nonprofit and the locally owned and operated restaurant and bar. Local brewers and distillers donate all beverages. Ale Works donates the food, time, space, as well as media and graphic resources. The nonprofit handles ticket sales and additional promotion in anticipation of each event.
Ale Works Community Partners in 2017 include: Gallatin Valley Farm to School, KGLT, The Museum of the Rockies Living History Farm, Gallatin Valley Food Bank, The Cancer Support Community, Gallatin Valley YMCA, among others.
