The past two years have been very successful for TATE, and promoters are pleased to continue providing students with solid, technique-based theatre arts training taught by professional instructors and artists. TATE will be offering two sessions for its 2016 summer workshop. Session one runs June 13th through June 24th and session two runs July 18th through July 29th. The workshops are Monday through Friday, from 9am-4pm, and are open to students entering grades 4 through 12. The 2016 summer workshop is designed to explore the various skills that every actor needs. Morning classes will focus on theatre games and exercises to stretch the voice, body, and mind, as well as scenes and improvisation to encourage students to develop their technique. After lunch, students will have the opportunity to select classes that explore various aspects of theatre including musicals, technical theatre, and advanced acting concepts. In order for students to share what they learned, both sessions will conclude with a showcase for invited friends and family. Tuition for each two-week workshop is $395. Discounts are available for siblings and to students registering for both sessions. Those in need of financial assistance are encouraged to apply for Scholarships. To Register, call (406) 585-6918 or e-mail tate.academy@outlook.com. For more information, visit theellentheatre.com/. Sign up today! TATE Academy: Where hard work and joy collide! It’s serious fun. •
